I quite agree with you!
August 14th in particular, especially the aftershow!

I've been telling my friends that for years

I was there, with a work colleague. I will let you into a secret, after the first show, im ashamed to say i had real doubts - i was seated in 116 (back of the round) and was prepared to sell of a few of the other shows i had tix for plus i always get tickets in pairs and then end up coaxing along ppl from work or friends/relatives - asking them if there loving the show after each song!

On the 11th and mainly the 14th it all came back, as my colleague keeps saying "did you see the little bit where he says "do you want to do this at ure place or mine" on "here on earth" it was all the little detail - i can truly say that ive still not got over that show.

I cant think that live shows get any better - most of the cowd were on their feet except for a few in front of us who seemed to be Princes age!!

Prince fans are also just the best - i mean look how many people are outdoing ebay and selling tix at face value on here.

i just wish i could go more now!! I envy the Londoners right now who are a tubes stop away!!

I felt the same as you. I had so high expectations the first night I went I felt a little deflated. But on the 17th Prince really delivered.

I totally agree - people are forgetting that us Brits are so lucky to have Prince doing this extended stay. Look at the number of worldwide fans that have flown in to see him. We're being spoilt rotten. No other artist could do what he's doing (including the occasional aftershows here and there). I was lucky to experience the setlist on the 7th and he ROCKED on the 14th. It's true, us fans expect a lot from him because he has set his own impossible benchmark, but in my opinion he HAS delivered. PRINCE RULES!!!

Prince is the greatest performer !! I went to three London concerts and will go to another 2 plus aftershow, i know it´s a little expensive, but it´is worth.

Prince is a genius and we should be happy to live at the same time like him!!
