After finally getting some sort of response off Indigo2 after Ticketmaster forward my complaint to them.

They will not give my money back but will offer me tickets to another aftershow thats fine because I am going to another show.

They gave me a email address to claim my tickets but guess what the email address does not work.

So what are my supposed to do?
