Important question about London

Hello,
I am trying to get tickets to go to London to see Prince. I have heard some people say that even though they thought they had good floor tickets, they got dissappointed because Prince stood at one end of the stage for most of the concert, So, Can anyone tell me where he stands on stage? If you are looking at the Prince symbol on stage (as shown on ticketmaster) Does he stand near the "O" part of the symbol or the ">" part of the symbol? For those who have been to the O2 venue, which area has the best view of him?

He mainly stands in the middle of the symbol..The band are in the o and he stands in front of them facing towards the >..He walks up and down the arms of the symbol a fair bit and he goes around the o too but not so often..Note the pun! He only went round the o once when I was there...Sit at the front honey...If you dont mind heights its a fantastic veiw of the stage from the 4th level although the great man does look even smaller...Hope this helps ya..x

biggrin Thanks so much, I kind of figured it out but so glad you confirmed, It is looking like it is going to take big bucks to get a hold of these tickets though.

Hey having been there last night way up at the top of Level 4, I can confirm what several journalists have noted about the O2 which is there ain't a bad seat in the house! I hadn't troubled to look at my seat number at all before going because I'd (correctly as it turned out) reasoned that an 'in th round' gig is gonna mean Prince getting around the stage a bit and everybody pretty much getting a turn on the view. The 'right above everything' view from the 4th level seemed way too far up when I fist sat down but once the show kicked off, it was a great view and I wouldn't have swapped. So don't anyone worry about their seat position and paying extra for whatever seats. It's all good. Believe.
