Hi All,

I attended P' concert this Tuesday and I was quite shocked to see him travelling from backstage to the love sign stage in a box pushed by the security team. You may tell me that it was the only way for him to reach the stage but I truly think that it could have been avoided, what do you think?

He did walk in for the final encore on opening night, so it's not essential for him to be in the box. I'm sure it's done that way so that his appearance on the stage is a surprise but we all know now anyway, so the crowd get excited when they see the box.

I posted this on the first night. Yes, he does come in via a tiny box. On the second night, Friday Aug 3, security was breached and a short S.O.S. message was relayed to the purple one via the top of the box. Despite security clearly expecting another encore and 15 minutes left on the clock, Prince didn't reappear. Both incidents may be related.

He let Dr John do his aftershow that night too, so who knows. I suspect a few security guards were greeted with a P45 at the other end.

Yep was funny seeing an arena full of people clapping and shouting at the box as it was wheeled in.

Also last Saturday VIP you could not gain access to your seats from the floor 'due to security' you had to walk down from the upper tier.

If he pisses us about too much with the aftershows, it'll be nailed down & thrown into the nearest hole in the ground!!!
