Hi there

I was just wondering where I can find on ticketmaster whether or not my tickets are supposed to be picked up at the box office. I'm pretty sure I selected "overseas mail" when ordering the tickets, however my tickets (for the 17 and 18th August aftershow) are still not being prepared for dispatch.
So my guess I'm supposed to pick 'em up at the box office, but just want to be sure...

The only option I had for US purchase was box office collection for those 2 aftershows. Probably the same for you. Did you set up a TM account. If so, go into "my ticketmaster" to check.

You will need your Booking Reference Number and the Credit Card used to make the booking to collect your tickets.

Argh.. I get the following:

Don't worry. I had the same text on my print out. Just bring your copy of that print "proof of purchase" and bring you credit card you bought it with. The box office is left to the main entrance. The crew is really helpful. You only need to sign the tickets and you will get the tickets... Really no sweat! Enjoy the show! I know I did!

Yeah, you are set up for shipping. I called customer service today because my main show tix didnt get to the states in time. They voided them out and have it set to issue me new tix at the Arena tomorrow.

By the way, My main show tix never updated from preparing to shipped even though they had shipped. Where are you coming from? Ill be in Greenwich all this weekend.

Check your tickets carefully, they send me tickets for the wrong date. Also boxoffice pick up for the aftershow is at the Indigo2 boxoffice (open from 6PM). You can only pick up tickets for the same day. Be sure to have the creditcard you booked the tickets with with you.

Thanx! Phoned them just to make sure and the guy told me tickets can be collected any time from 5pm on the day of the show

Greenwich is about 20 minutes away. Walk from the o2 to the Holiday inn Express, turn right (under the underpass) and keep going for about a mile. You then come to Trafalgarroad, which leads right into Greenwich.

Has anyone tried collecting tickets for multiple O2 dates at the same time?

I have tickets for a Friday and a Saturday show, and it would be nice to get them with one queuing.

Any experiences out there?

Yep same thing here I will be going to 20th & 21st September shows and aftershows but from what I have read I think you can only collect them on the day of the event but I would be grateful to know if that is not the case.
Also where do we have to collect the aftershow tickets from,Indigo? and at what times can we go and collect.
