Directions help please

The docklands Travelodge... Where is that in relation to the O2.
And how far from the "city centre" is that area?

I've never been to that area of London before.

Thanks

Not far from the Dome, but its on the other side of the river...might have to catch a bus or taxi through the tunnel to get to the Arena...check out the map, the arrow is the travelodge :-

If its the Travelodge @ Travelodge London Docklands Hotel
Coriander Avenue, Off East India Dock Road, London E14 2AA

then its about 10 mins on the DLR/Tube.

Get the DLR from East India Station, change at Canning Town, then get the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich

http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/

Of course that won't help on the return journey if you're going to the Aftershow.

If it's 10 mins, why do I have to change twice?!?

London is mad big. Thanks for the help.

What would be the taxi fare be at that distance?
(I'm going to several aftershows, trying to work out finances)
