Help with higher tier question Whats the deal with higher tier seats? i heard that a particular height warning was not made availible when tickets were first purchased. Would this be a valid enough point to get a refund?

If you say you suffer from Vertigo you should be able to swap tickets for better lower tier/floor seats.

This is true - I did this when the vertigo warning originally was added and stated that this warning wasn't there when I booked the tickets. However, when I went to the arena last week with some upper tier tickets, they wouldn't budge...you must do it through whoever you booked your tickets with, and obviously they can only exchange if there are lower tier seats still available for that night.
That said, upper tier is not all bad - sure, the atmosphere might not be quite as wild because you're so high up, you're concentrating on not losing your footing and hurtling your way down to your death but the view is pretty impressive - you get to see the whole stage and for a shortarse, prince's energy still makes it all the way up to the top tier! So if you can't change, don't worry too much - it's all good. But good luck if you do decide to try and swap.
