buying aftershow tickets on ticketmaster

Is it possible to get balcony seat tickets? Lower standing tickets keeps coming up every time.
How does the balcony experience compare with the floor experience. It seems everyone here recommends the floor but wouldn't you have a great view from the seats also AND somewhere to rest your weary bones?

Same thing happened to me but when I 'phoned Ticketmaster I managed to buy UPSTAIRS UNRESERVED without a problem.

What method of ticket collection do you recommend, collection at the box office or one of those print outs? I wouldn't risk getting them sent out at this late stage.
Also if collecting at the box office can you comfortably do so after the main show?
The print your own tickets sound like a good idea but whats stopping me from just buying one and printing it out twice?

I've been using e-tickets& there has been no problems. I bought main show & aftershow tickets for 28th/ 31st August & 21st September-(mainshow only unfortunately, but still looking). I had an e-ticket for the gig on 4th August, they just scan the bar code as you enter. It's just that you don't get a fancy ticket, but at least you have them in your lap within 5 minutes of ordering. No sweat (not even black!.

But if Prince doesn't show, you are stuck in some high seats away from the party downstairs, staring at a curtain all night.
