Saturday's no show was disappointing - but, with all my friends there we partied the night away and made the DJ Prince - I definately think that if there is only gonna be a DJ at the aftershow then they should play Prince - after all that is who we have come to see - it woudl certainy ease the tension in the crowd on no show nights.
Note to O2 - get a DJ who posesses prince music and doesn't need to be handed a Prince CD by a fan. Peace  | |

When I initially found out about the no-shows to the other afterparties and that they had a DJ I thought that they would have been playing prince tracks all night! If it's a prince afterparty surely there should at least be Prince songs being played by the DJ! (actually I would have gone in if that was the case!) They were playing prince tracks in the bar opposite Nandos - me and these 2 other lasses were itching to get up and dance! I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

I had a cracking night, made great by the people we were sharing with. Thus leaving my prince gig tally for 2007 at 3, Opening night with an small aftershow - excellent! Another night with a full piano set and great aftershow - excellent! A VIP night, with great people, a great front row gig, and good old boogie - excellent! moderatorI went down to the 02 on Sunday (I don't live far from it) and they were definitely giving exchanges, only propblem was I hadn't collected my tickets from the box office the night before and the indigo box office was closed, so I had to go to customer services and fill out a form and apparently they will call me sometime this week and confirm the exchange (I went for next Friday 17th)
So hopefully they won't forget | |
