I'm with you purplemf! Sometimes It Snows in April had me balling my eyes out. I loved every second of the whole concert. It was fabulous. And the sound where I was was fine. I couldn't find fault in any of it. I'm going three more times (last night was my first) so I'm sure that by the end of the run I will favour some shows over others but as for last night, it's an insult to say that it was a "bad day in the office" for Prince. Can't please everybody all of the time. Everybody's entitled to their opinion I suppose but that one is clearly in the minority. WE had a good time and so did 99.9% of the people there last night. THAT is all that matters. | |

Stuck rigidly to their policy of no exchange or refund. I spoke to customer services at O2 a few times and they said to just go straight to customer services on the night if I wasn't happy which I did last night. Firstly they told me that it was a sell-out and they had no spare tickets but after arguing that I made it known over a week prior to this that I had no intention of sitting in F1, they swapped my tickets to block 102 Row S which was great.
