Refunds from Ticketmaster for crappy seats

has anyone been successful ? there is no way I am sitting in the original seats I bought behind a bloody drumkit all night ! mad

No luck sad

They have a no refund no exchange policy which is very convienient.

We have been done up like kippers.

I have let them know my feelings anyway. I would suggest you do the same; it's no use just complaining to each other, things won't change that way.

You'll only get a refund if your seats are upper tier and you bought them before the height warning went up.

I've emailed ticketmaster in the past but they don't even bother to reply...it took me over a year to get a refund for a cancelled concert one time...bring back the old days of queuing outside record stores etc for tickets...at least you know you could get the seats you wanted instead of 'best available' crap sad

What you gonna do peppeken?? We also looking for new seats. cant go, sit in £235 seats and not see him. OH, Events Travel say they have nothing to do with Prince and Ticketmaster say they know nothing about the new purple seats. what is going on??

I bought extra tickets when the went on sale yesterday.... block 103....hope to offlaod the other 2 for block E...any takers? razz

I had tickets for block F1 tonight and after trying unsuccessfully to get Ticketmaster to swap them, I managed to do it at the customer services desk at the O2 just before the concert. It was a battle to get them changed but they gave in eventually even after telling me they had no spare tickets. Then two miraculously appeared from under the desk when they realised I wasn't going to go away.
