Hey guys, i wasn't there with my notebook, camera and drawing board but I can PROMISE you this:
First Row in block C2 is row P with 7 or 8 seats (numbered 20 - 28 or 21 -29)
Second Row is Q with approx 12 or 15 seats. After that I ain't too sure.
I'm 6'1 (185cm) so no complaints about the view from me BUT the stage is about 170/175cm high so if you want to see everything, you'll miss the lights on the stage and the big screens. And if you're very short you won't see too all the way to the back of the stage.
However my darling petite friend stands no more than 5'5 (you work it out, 165cm?) and she says she wouldn't have changed her seat for anybody except the girls on stage!
I've was in block 111 (Sat4th) and you know what makes the biggest difference? The people you are with, the people surrounding you and the expectations you take with you.
And before I get the sack for orging at work... if you got C2 FUCKING TAKE IT BABY!!!!

lol hear hear! i think that should end discussions abt whether or not to keep C2 tix (if ne1 dont want them, ill take em of ur hands!)
"Why, you selfish son-of-a-biscuit-eater!"

I was in block C2 on Tuesday. It starts with two shorter rows (P and Q) and then 6 longer rows (A-F).
The front two rows did appear to be quite close to what looked like speakers so you might need ear protection! biggrin

Well, apart from suddenly being pushed back 2 rows (I have a ticket for row D and thought, due the to the short rows, that there would be only one row in front of me), which sucks, why in the blazes do they call those fucking 2 short rows row P and Q?? What imbecile did come up with that concept?? I mean, if those rows have been added, after they started selling tickets, it would make sense to call them AA and BB, so that people who buy tickets later know that they are somewhat in the front and don't reject them thinking they are in the back (nevermind that people, who bought row A, B and so on tickets earlier, are still being fucked)!!

Does anyone know if the Seats in Block C2 start at 1 or do they continue on counting from Block C1?

Maybe it's to put touts off as they would never suspect that rows P & Q in that block are front row?

I think it's put a lot of people off - I've got a spare in row Q for tonight and not been able to get rid of it at face value...

Yes, and all the genuine people, who are looking for good tickets for themselves, as well!

I'm not saying that Ticketmaster handled things correctly, but I'm sure it must have helped to deter the touts and good luck to the people that bought tickets which they didn't realise were front row at the time of purchase. Hey, maybe Prince wanted it that way so not all the same fans were at the front every night? wink

Just after reading this thread, I managed to get a C2 row P seat from Ticketmaster for the Sep 20th. Spooky.

Figure there might be some neck strain but I just could not resist!

Now to be nice to the boss so I can have the night off work...

I just grabbed a ticket for BK C1, row F.

I'm hoping it is a bit of an upgrade from my previous ticket of BK414, row L smile

I actually got seat 19 for row Q so it would be nice if it's at the end of row Q that's not behind the shorter row P - making it effectively front row. No problem if it isn't though.

25. Which seems a bit odd if P and Q really are at the front, as those rows don't look to be long enough for all those numbers! lol

My guess is that the numbering is possibly P 20-27 Q 10-19 ??? No, that doesn't make sense but then again nor does having P and Q at the front! biggrin

If seat 25 is on the front row, it means I should be on the row behind P if my no's are 35 &36 ? It doesnt make sense! I might call them later, I wanna know where I'm sat!

Ok. let us know what you find out. I'm seat 19 in row Q so I'd be interested too. All I know is that P and Q are at the front.

Can confirm that's the end of the row in C2 smile I had it for Friday night, and it's a cracker. There's no-one in front of it, and only a bit of a chair in front of seat 20. So when the man comes out, you step forward slightly so you're in line with row P, and dance away smile

He came down to the tip of the symbol about 4 times during the gig, so that's 3m away from you!

You can see his mike stand too, whereas seat 20 is blocked by a light/speaker a bit.

(although the pushing from people rushing the stage got on my nerves, and it's best to get there a bit early so the security people see you sat there and aren't one of them)

(nice to give something back to this thread smile smile )

Edit: oh, and C2 goes 19 upwards, 19 is the left hand seat next to the aisle, to the left of the symbol point.

No problem smile I just bagged myself another row Q ticket, this time for this Friday - got to get some more comfortable dancing shoes! (These ones hurt too much when I jump up and down to the Housequake bit!)

Reading above you're in row C of row C2 by the look of it? That would put you in the 5th row back. My best guess would be you'll be to the right of the point of the symbol. This is why:

- row Q has the lowest number on the left hand side (as you look "down" the symbol, i.e. point nearest you, circle top bit furthest away).

- I'm assuming that the numbering in row C2 continues on from where C1 leaves off (but not sure)

- so if you look here
http://www.flickr.com/pho...458&size=o
i'd guess block C1 is about 10 seats long, and then block C2 much longer.

That should give you a rough idea. Row C in C2 will be a good view I'm sure - if you're on the end of the aisle just be careful of people rushing forwards and stand your ground. The stewards try to keep the aisles clear but some just aren't strict enough and get taken advantage of.
