Aftershow 3rd aug What a joke the aftershow is on this concert run.
We bought tickets and doors didnt open til well over the time on ticket. Concert so amazing you wouldn't believe it but aftershow was biggest load of shit ever. Prince looked like he thought so too. We were standing about at back wondering when something,anything entertaining would happen. Just something remotely to do with prince. My husband told me to turn around and prince was standing at the back door with two bouncers looking around. He stood for few seconds then went back in. He came out again with bouncers and walked around the back. Afew people noticed him and he smiled. He came out one more time when dr john was on and stood for few secs rubbing his nose before going back into door again. He looked bored, like it was bedtime in his head. (but sooooo sexy) The dj girl from black sweat had been doing music before dr john came on and band were milling about. They looked like they were just there for sake of it tho and would rather not be. We gave up at 2 and braved the drama's of the night bus as a taxi back into London was at least £35. Hope aftershows get better for rest of you. Concert makes up for anything though. Lilly allen was grooving next to my cousin last night. On a downer as the concert excitement is over for me now. I have had my 2 nights and now back up in scotland jealous of anyone who has not been yet. Savour it. Its a peice of purple heaven.  | |

Its a peice of purple heaven. hey i was there to what a mess we waited til 3.30 then 2 hour wait for taxi then 7am flight back to scotland have been onto venue asking about refund as when i bought my ticket at the door i was told prince would be playing for at least an hour im absolutley raging! it spoiled the gigs for me | |
