old skool-do you remember in the 80's when aftershows were truly spur of the moment not all announced....
the band would literally find a nightclub and see if they could play-those gigs were literally gold dust-im think of le new morning,ruperts and camden palace in particular-im reading alot about angry fans and the "aftershows" the aftershows(and if u see one it will blow your mind i have been lucky enough to) seem a wee bit contrived these days-perhaps not so spontaneous. anyway..blahdy blah i hope those of u lucky enough to be in london will get to see one! | |

i think the last "true" aftershow when it was completly unannounced was the melbourne aftershow-when he performed NEWS in its entirety in front of 40-50 people!!
apparently they were just chillin in a tiny jazz club and up pops "the entertainment" | |
