I was in the Lower Tier tonight and I think those seats are by far the best in the house.....close enough to smell the sweat on the band but elevated enough to see the whole stage perfectly. Sound is good there too and I pityed those on the floor behind the drums, keyboards etc they cannot have seen that much. Prince rarely went over to them either.

Not at all! It is very close. One thing you are not prepared for is how much smaller the venue is than you expect from the layout in diagrams etc. Its very intimate and only those in the Upper tiers would feel far away. We were in block 103, row n and it was perfect.

I hope you get the gig and setlist youare hoping for then and enjoy it biggrin

I had a great night and only wish a view of the tracks played Wednesday had been thrown in at the end; really though the standard of the performance was amazing and I would say he is easily the best performer I have ever seen.

I had Upper Tier on Wed (418 Row E) and had C3 Row D on Friday.... I have to say I loved both for different reasons!

Upper Tier - you get a GREAT view and GREAT sound. They have done a brilliant job at the O2... best big concert venue I've been to.

Floor - GREAT atmosphere, despite the stiffs we (unbelievably) had around us, but the sound was DODGY... nowhere near as good as in the Upper Tier. Way too eavy on the bass, View is also, in my opinion, NOT GREAT. Prince is close, but I was at the aftershow on Monday and actually touched his shoe (sad groupie!), so nothing is gonna beat that! You are not in tiered seating, so if you're short, you could be stuffed.

Basically, go twice at least, because they are 2 very different experiences.

But wherever you are, you are only going to LOVE it if you let your hair down..... Prince is not your bitch... you will get as much as you are willing to bring to the party!
