I emailed them on 31st July and have not even received an acknowledgement of my letter.

I don't have the time to trawl through all the pages here, but someone did post an email address for you to register your complaint on around 31st July - if you dig back through the pages of the concerts forum, you should find it.

Sorry I can't be specific, but I can assure you it's on the site somewhere!
