What were the drink/foot places like and wherer they expensive? I'm gonna get something to eat before I go, but I might fancy a beer or two before the gig.

Prices are not too bad at all considering where you are...

Water is £2 a bottle and a pint of Becks is £3.50 (and considring it's £2.70-£3 a pint in a 'normal' pub isn't bad).

Most food is a straight £6 but some is a little more and some is a little less.

I've previously had the cheeseburger and that was suberb - herby meaty burger on toasted ciabatta bread with a nice salad and chips on the side. Last night i went for the Cumberland sauasage and mustard mash ciabatta with side salad, and again that was v nice. It's not your run of the mill stuff and, again, considering you'll pay at least £5 for the same in a gastro pub it's not bad value.

They also have pizza places, sandwich outlets, fish n chips and chinese food to choose from - all simlarly priced.

Is it crowded at the restaurants? You would think with 20 something thousands of people running around that there would some sort of chaos? Also, can you buy drinks/beer inside the Arena?

That IS inside the arena!

No real queues to speak of, and they all seemed to move down quickly.

There are bars and restaurants outside the arena but there were big queues so unless you want a sit down meal taking an hour+ then eat when you get inside the arena area.
