Does anyone know for absolute certain what time this Friday's concert at the O2 arena on 3rd starts.
I am picking up my tickets at the venue and the e-mail confirmation says 8pm but I have seen times for 6.00, 6.30 and 7.30. As I don't have the tickets in hand I can't be sure, can someone with a ticket in hand give be the proper time.

On the tickets it just tells you when doors open, which is 6pm, from what others have said Prince will appear on stage at 8.30

Thanks for you answers. Will still aim to be there as 6 to get seated, take heaps of photos. Will cameras be let in? I am so old school I just assume you can do anything short of making a cd of the concert there and then.
Haven't been this excited since I saw Public Enemy on their first tour of the UK.Yes I'm that old. Still have my vinyl copy of Purple Rain and the 12 inch of 1999, and can remember thinking Sign of the Times was bloody expensive. Thats when £14 was £14. Never seen Prince in concert though did unknowingly once sit in a bar in North London down the road where he was doing an aftershow gig.

well tonight prince took the stage at 8.30 and jammed till 10.30

Judging from what I saw tonight, I believe that Prince will be on from 8:30pm to 11:00pm every night at the O2. Don't leave the arena even if the house lights come up - he will and does come back to play about 4 more songs!

Before he comes on there is a looped messgae telling you he requested no photos and that anyone seen taking them will be ejected from the building, so subtlety is the order of the day. They only search people going in that have bags.
