Block 111, row C/D on TM now Just bagged row D, block 111 for the 11th August. Seems the closer dates had availability released last night/this morning!
You can also choose to get your tickets by email for 2 pounds, and print them off yourself - better than waiting for Royal Mail or queueing once you get there, and you save 50p! Nearly got tickets for even more dates, but (somehow..) resisted - hope this helps someone.

Row C for this Saturday. Bah. Can't find anything good for the 11th myself. Was hoping to upgrade our seats. [Edited 7/31/07 0:29am] [Edited 7/31/07 0:33am]

Yep, thanks for this. I was checking last night and didn't get much luck but just tried now and got Blk 111 Row C for Sat 25th August.
So that's 3 concerts I'm off to now *sigh* They better be good cos if my friend doesn't like the first one then I have to find another concert partner... and that'll be awkward cos this friend lives 10 minues away from the O2 and she's rather handy!!

This is all getting too daft for words. What were sold out gigs, now you can get the best seats in the house. I give up.

This is really annoying. i'm going on the 14th Aug and managed to get Block 101 Row W at 9am the day they went on sale and now Block 111 Row C is available. Ticketmaster won't exchange these. Do you think I should ask for a better seat on the night at the Box Office or would I be wasting me time. Really pissed off about this.

Wow, gold circle tickets galore. They are also selling lots of Row A tickets in the upper tier. Good for the short people.
I've just snapped up better seats. I'm in the gold circle for most nights without paying a single VIP ticket price! .

I think that I'll just keep what I have but keep trying for decent seats nearer the time for dates later in the run.
This whole thing is taking up far too much of my time. Right now we should all be getting really excited, but instead we're all getting into a 2&8 over bagging better seats than we have already. I just want to enjoy the concert.

I clicked on saturday 4th which showed unavailable on the dates list page, and still was offered row c block 102, right in the middle. That's outrageous! there are VIPers here with much worse seats than that!

I've sent an e-mail to AEG to ask what the *%$£ they're playing at (but a bit more politely) I think we should all do the same.

I gotta say that this really is turning out to be quite a fiasco. All the people that said the better tix will be released later on were right. But at the end of the day the ppl who spent hours glued to the net sweating through presales have come off worse, especially the VIPs.
I wanna know who got blocks A, B and D? Either they haven't been released yet or they have been sold already not to the general public. Even the fanclub tix were not that good, floor tix behind cora...hmmmm

I just got two lovely end of row seats in block 102, Row B. Right opposite the spine of the arrow on the symbol. .

You're supposed to exchange your ticket for your free CD, so I don't know how that works if you've printed out your ticket.

This is common for EVERY event, it's just that no-one else ever has so many dates at one venue in succession so it's slightly more obvious this time. I live in London and if there's ever any concert from someone you're maybe a bit curious about you just log on on the day or the day before the show and can get the absolute best seats in the house. I've done it several times after being burned by rush-buying for my fav artists.
It's shite, isn't it? I get best seats for people I don't really care about, and average/shit seats for people I'm desperate to see. It's taken me years to finally learn how it goes down.

This is wierd. I just gots block 111 row A for £31.21 next Tuesady night. I was previously back in row T for that night. What a result. .

Thanks for the link to AEG. I have just sent them what I consider to be a polite letter and await their response. I'm not hopeful that it will make any difference (the logistical nightmare for them at this stage is unthinkable), but I feel a lot better for getting it off my chest and you never know, we could be in for a miracle!!
"I have been a Prince fan for over 20 years, and have a lot of friends who I have met through Prince. You can imagine our delight when we learnt that Prince was playing so many nights in London after a 4 year "drought" in Europe. We all rushed out to buy tickets as soon as they went on sale, most of us for several nights, and some also for VIP. To find today that I am able to go into ticketmaster and now buy better seats for almost every date I am going to is very disheartening (to put it mildly). The way the Prince concert tickets have been sold is appalling - you have been drip feeding tickets slowly since they went on sale. Some have frantically purchased from ticket touts on Ebay for good seats with a face value of only £31.21 (which is excellent value) for an extortionate cost of around £600 per ticket. There are a lot of angry and very out-of-pocket fans whose excitement and concert experiences are being dampened by the atrocious way in which we are being conned about tickets. As an acknowledgement that this could have been handled better, or at least as a gesture of goodwill, would it be possible to exchange tickets up to a certain quantity for those now improved available seats? Or at least give some guarantees that the VIP tickets will be worth the £235 paid (which means that someone sitting in front of you cannot rub your face in the fact that they only paid £31.21 for their seat). I realise that this price also covers VIP "extras" (although 3 drinks seems a little on the frugal side!), but it is obvious that people bought the VIP tickets in the hope of securing the best seats in the house for at least one concert. Incidentally, I don't know a single fan from either of the two fansites I use who is only going to one concert. The average is around 5 gigs. I look forward to hearing from you on the matter as soon as possible (given that the concerts start tomorrow evening). Thank you for your time."

This is such a joke....
I couldn't resist though and just got section BK 111, row C, seat 328 for August 7th (these are, like, in the best section of the whole arena), for which I've already got an upper tier seat I bought on the first day of the general sale in May, and an NPGMC floor seat... I'm such a sucker...but that's it now. I'm not buying any more, honest.

Got Row E, 111 now for the 11th. Annoyed that I've got to sell my other tickets.

What I'm wondering now is how high the stage is going to be. Aren't the proper front rows in the VIP section on the floor going to be looking up the whole time? Maybe the back of the lower tiers will have a better head-on view. [Edited 7/31/07 5:27am]

You are all falling for it. You are now buying more tickets. I would love BK111 but refuse to buy more tickets for a night I already have. You will take a loss on your current tickets (assuming you can even sell them at this point).
This crap does not happen in the states. They almost always sell the best seats first. Id like to know AEG's logic behind their actions.

They sell more seats if the casual, late, shopper sees they can get good seats. Add that to the mad fans like us who double up. Its not fan friendly, but business friendly. I've already managed to offload most of my spare lower tiers to people at work today. So in effect, I've managed to upgrade nearly all my seats to gold circle for free. .

I am not expecting to sell my spare tickets. I'll probably give them away on the day. I couldn't help but try the best position for one of the gigs. But that's it! For the other 4 gigs I'm attending, I'm keeping my current tix (floor, lower tier, upper tier, I'm trying everything!)
