Auction Ticket problem

For those who bought tickets via auction via TM there seems to be a problem with sending them out.Have spoken to TM today as I haven't receieved Tickets for Sat 4th and they have told me promotor hasn't printed tickets yet !! and may need to pick up from box office on the night...they will hopefully call me back to confirm...

i hope that they send the 21st september auction tickets on time because i won one ticket

Spoke with them (Ticketmaster) yesterday and they still have probs with Auction tickets they offered to post them but at a cost of £4 !!! but couldn't guarantee to get them by Sat ..so I am now picking up from venue..what a bunch of cowboys

i am going on the 4th and i got mine last week? ticketmaster are talking crap!

I'm picking mine up at the venue since I'm in the US and was scared I wouldn't get them on time. But this wasn't a delivery option when I won the tickets last month. I had to email them REPEATEDLY.
