Didn't someone report some ads in the the newspapers around about 13th/14th/15th/16th September.
I saw a paragraph on Planet Sound (Channel 4 Teletext music pages) stating he was doing 2 dates only (one in London, one in Manchester) and it briefly mentioned the ONA Live box set too. Just somewhere in the middle,
Not too good and not too bad.

There was an advert in the Sunday Mail a week or so back, only had the 3rd showing though...that's all I have seen. Still sold out in hours so who needs advertising!!!
I have to say I was surprised how quickly these shows sold out...especially at these prices, and with very little advertising.

No, I haven't seen a single advertisement for the shows. The only publicity I've seen or heard is that God awful fake Prince lookalike in The Sun.
Hopefully, this will tell him he has the audience over here and should come more often. -----------------------------------------

Sorry, that's not possible. The venues are too small and he even packs the floor (standing room!) with seats. udo Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

I saw a photocopied poster in the window of a ticket shop in Berlin near the Zoo Station. Same motive as the front cover of the ONA-Tourbook. There was a handwritten sign under it, reading: "Tickets hier" ("Tickets here"). See the man with the blue guitar, maybe one day he`ll be a star...

Absolutely no promotion here in Switzerland. No ads, not in the newspapers, not on the radio, nothing. "How embarrasing to be human!"

I was told by a work colleague(non Prince fan) that he saw an ad on the national channel in Ireland(RTE) promoting the tour. Also on the most popular radio station(Today FM) they are playing nearly every hour and there is a 1 min ad all about his gig in Dublin.Haven't seen anything in the papers though

Prince has said he has nothing to prove, why do you?

There is an ad on TV3 (Ireland) but they are selling Prince on Puprle Rain, 1999, Little Red etc.
I hope a lot of people who may not be big fans aren't going to be disappointed

I don't think anyone will be disappointed! ***
