3rd August Aftershow

Hey, does anyone have their tickets for the Aftershow on 3rd August? The tickets for the actual show have been delivered but not the aftershow. Ticket masters email to me said "if they havent arrived in 7 days contact us" - that was on the 21st - so its been 7 days, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem?
