Does Prince go up the band end of the stage? I am seated in block F2. Getting really worried - I am at the band end! HELP does Prince go up this end much????
Also - I am quite short. Wish I had the first few rows of the lower tier. Can you believe it? Never happy eh? So my question is for people experienced in this stage set up - how much time does prince spend up this end? Also - any tips on something I can bring that will elevate me a few inches. I can't do Prince like heels and still dance. HELP Lisa Have you had your + signs today?

Until we see the actual stage setup we can only speculate where the band will be positioned.
I know it'll be the same shape as the Super Bowl stage, but that doesn't mean that the symbol space will be used in the same way. What's good for a 10 min television performance may not be so good for a 2hr or so concert in the round. So for example, the circle at the top of the symbol may be 'filled in', and the band may be around the outside of the circle, leaving a large circular stage area at the top. Maybe there'll even be platforms outside of the symbol for the keyboards & drums and the rest of the band will be mobile on the stage? Who knows at this moment? "Sheeeeeeeeit"

My guess is he will make the walk around the loop part of the stage every 20 minutes or so! .

Thanks for that!! I *REALLY* hope so. I saw Lovesexy tour on Video (wish I'd been there but I was only just getting into him then as he was all over that in the round stage. Can't wait - 2 more sleeps until SHOWTIME! Lisa Have you had your + signs today?

I believe he will be all over the stage and work around it throughout the gig - otherwise it would make playing 'in the round' slightly pointless if he was just facing one way all night!
With radio mics and cordless guitars there is no reason why he would have to stay in one place....and he won't. For the Lovesexy shows i saw at Wembley he was all over the place and he hardly kept still...though to be fair that was 19 years ago when he was a bit younger! As i have mentioned in a previous thread or three, the O2 is a superb venue and i will be VERY surprised if anyone is disappointed with the view. Prince is a great showman and he'll want everyone to have a fantastic time.
