STILL no sign of VIP details...what are they playing at??? Tickets either received or in the post for standard shows up to August 14th, BUT for VIP/boat on Aug 1st not even a change in status online. Not even an allocation, not even a "tickets are being prepared" type message. Yet funnily they send us automated reminders of the event. Like I'd forget to go to Prince having paid £264! LOL! How about actually getting me the tickets for which £532 was withdrawn from my account over 2 months ago????
I'm getting the feeling they're either trying to leave as little time as possible to complain about what we finally end up with or they're still tidying up the mess they've created over the last 2 months. I don't blame TM. I believe if they had the tickets they'd post them. I think it's AEG, the promoters that have not provided the agents with actual details of what VIP will eventually entail, and hence no tickets yet. I love to see a detailed post-post-mortem carried out on how tickets were actually sold. Some knid of panorama documentary.

I'm waiting for 2 VIP tickets for 3rd Aug. I got my Aftershow tickets for 3rd Aug last week.
Makes you wonder what the hold up is doesn't it? I hope it's not because the "VIP" arrangements haven't really been thought through and are going to be a last minute thrown together affair... Gazza

I think, given the price, that Prince should be serving the drinks. We should at least have had automatic entry to the aftershow... [Edited 7/23/07 23:50pm]

Some knid of panorama documentary. the status for my VIP 1st august tickets has now changed to 'preparing for dispatch', they will probably send them today. i see that you have spent a lot of money i have spent even more, and i've spent about 1500 pounds for only three shows, can you believe it, but I am getting 150 back from people whom i brought tickets for. i have even ended up with a VIP and front row auction ticket for myself for one concert, and this VIP will probably be a front row seat ticket as well because i booked it at 9am on the dot. I just rang TM and the VIP tickets are general admission for sure.....I'm not sure how that will work, as I have gold seat tickets for other nights, but paid for them not under the VIP banner.
Imagine running for your seat and someone comes along with a ticket stating they have your seat number. Unless they say reserved?? The whole thing is slightly annoying. I don't mind spending the cash, but it's not exactly VIP running in like madmen on the rampage. I'm hot and I don't care who knows it...I got a job to do.

i got my VIP ticket as well and i'm in block D3, row B
ticket looks the same as standard but this one has not got my name on it, so i'm a little bit dissapointed because of that otherwise really pleased to be in Block D3 2nd row for the openeing night. there is a letter of instructions which says VIP's will have to meet at 'The Savoy Pier' on Victoris Embankment to board the cruise ship at 17:30 departing at 18:00, arriving at 19:15, support acts will be on stage at around 19:15, prince at20:30 and the show will end at 23:00 i thought there was a postal strike today, but the strike is devised in diffrent sections of the country throughout the 2 weeks so we are lucky. also normally a signature was required but i was not there to sign for it at the door the postaman still delivered it. it states on the envelope 'Mandatory Signature' so, don't worry everyone all is looking good for us [Edited 7/25/07 5:31am] Feel free to send me a message and add me as a friend on 'My Space' http://www.myspace.com/murtazaarif
