For people struggling to sell upper teir tickets.

I just got a refund on my upper teir tickets (that I was struggling to sell) because of the height warning on the TM site.

If you are struggling to sell your upper teir tickets, try getting a refund from TM too.

PLEASE NOTE: Seats located on Level 4 are not recommended for those who have a fear of heights.

Does anyone have a contact address for ticketmaster, please? I need to get rid of a pair of upper tiers and this may be the way to do it...

Still, I thought ticketmaster had a strict no refunds policy?

Any help would be appreciated.

Phone 0161 385 1420, tell them you want a refund because you are afraid of heights, get their postal address (if your tickets have already arrived) it's a PO Box in Manchester but I can't remember the full address.

I contacted them and got my ticket for 10/08 exchanged for seat in lower tier. Never mentioned the height thing, but I do have a fear of heights so it's all good!

Not long now!!!!
