What's best - floor F3 row C or lower tier 112 or upper tier 404

Hi,

will go to London on weekend 31 August / 1 September. I first got tickets for Friday in the upper tier (404, row M) and for Saturday for the lower tier (112, row V). Then I got those sweets NPGMC tickets for Friday, this time floor seating, block F3, Row C.

As I will probably go only to one night, what would you recommend? I tempt for the floor tickets, as the lower tier sounds like its far away (row v - long way from row a me thinks...).

Anyone knows the arena?

Thanks

The O2 is the best arena of its type i have ever been to - wipes the floor with Wembley Arena, Earls Court, Hammersmith Appolo, Ally Pally etc. The seating is high rather than far back, so if you have Row J seats at the O2 you'll be closer to the action than you would at any other venue.

Saying that.... i'd still go with the floor seats!

Rule out the 404s.

As for the others, its hard to say. In theory, the floor seats are better, but not if you are behind the band or P performs to the other side for most of the show.

the Lower tier are safer, but not as close!

Thanks, I guess I will stick to the floor seats. I mean, I wanna dance, can't really imagine doing this on the upper tiers.

Anyway, maybe I can persuade the missus to go two nights in a row ;=)

Enjoy!

And good luck - i've got my work cut out getting my missus to go to 3 nights each 3 weeks apart! ...ok - but then that also includes the aftershows!

Will there actually be seats fixed to the floor? Is there empty place to go dancing? Are the sections really seperated?

My last "arena" event was that the floor level was without fixed seats, so you could really go wherever you wanted. Guess this is not the case here, but floor plan looks like there are many "empty areas" inbetween. Anyone in the know?

You can dance anywhere at the O2. At Hammersmith, my seat wasn't really a seat. it was standing up right at the back. Somehow I managed to perch on some metal railings and dance all night. I can't imagine going to a Prince concert and not dancing.
