Fanclub exchange for TM but NOT SeeTickets ?

So apparantly only the fans who purchased their tickets thru Ticketmaster will be able to exchange them for fanclub-tickets, but not the people who purchased from SeeTickets. Nice ! Especially since BOTH Ticketmaster and SeeTickets were advertised on 3121.com as the official vendors.

I wasn't allowed to exchange my ticket for the fanclub ticket through TM!
