O2 & INDIGO R NON SMOKING VENUES.. SO SMOKERS BRING PATCHES! Smokers currently there is no facility for you to light up once inside the O2 arena and its various resturants, clubs and facilities. Not since 1st July. For any smokers going to the aftershows the Indigo venue will not allow anyone back inside if they have gone outside for smoke. As a Non smoker I dont mind but im going with friends who do smoke and made the initial inquiries and they are They've asked Indigo Manager Chris King to think about allowing a balcony for smokers or something.. Chris King General Manager T: +44 (0) 20 8 463 2700 One minute they want peace……

Thats what I said to them!
Their response was As were going to the Concert then the afterparty.... Indigo say they wont let anyone back inside if they 'outside' for a smoke. So the poor lambs will need to be wearing patches... and fainting everywhere... () One minute they want peace……

Im delighted the UK has gone "non smoking". Over here that ban has been in for a few years now and I love it, its great not coming home after a night out stinking of smoke! Think of poor little Princey's lungs!!!

Co-sign, we've had the ban in Scotland for about a year and a half and it's sooo good not to go home smelling of stale smoke after a night out!

I don't think that it fair. People who smoke should be able to go outside and then come back in. Also what if people fancy stepping out for some fresh air!

Agreed. Since our smoking ban went into effect 2 years ago ALL venues allow you to leave and come back or have a paito set outside for people to smoke. |
