This is from ticketmaster's help page. But is there a way to call a human operator?

I've called them and they were very courteous (do you actually say that that way)? Unlike the feeling I get when dealing with their website. Anyway, they've changed my two orders/three seats which were 2/1 divided in the upper tiers to 3 seats together in BK112. I'm delighted.

Actually they are very professional and seem to do their utter best to serve their customers. I must say that because they are super-friendly and helpful !
