For those of you waiting on your tickets through the mail either for the main shows or for the aftershows I received the following email from ticketmaster today:

Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that all 6 of your bookings for the Prince shows will now be held
on box office collection. Your tickets will be available for collection from
the box office on day of the event, to be collected by the card holder.

To collect your tickets please take with you the reference number of the booking
and the credit/debit card used for purchase.

Unfortunately your VIP seats have not yet been allocated, however this should be
done very shortly.

If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

On purchasing these tickets I accidentally arranged for the tickets to be
dispatched to my home. I will be in London as of the 1st August 2007 and will be
unable to obtain the tickets.

I would like to request that you change the preferred option of ticket pick up
to Box Office Pick up. As I understand it, it is the same cost to get them
posted or pick them up so I assume that this will be done with immediate effect.

Can you please contact me as soon as possible to confirm that this has been
completed then I can begin to look forward to my six dates booked with
ticketmaster at the O2.

I would also like you to confirm my VIP seat numbers and exactly what is
included for my £240 earlier in the evening at the O2 - my booking number is
-----. I would appreciate any help.

A swift and friendly service would be appreciated and receipt of my enquiry
would also be preffered in order for me not to go through this whold process
again tomorrow.

Not sure if this also means that everyone's tickets will be box office pick up aswell since I didn't request for all my tix to be changed??

So nobody actually knows where we will be sitting or what we will be getting for our money ... priceless
