I have a large review and over 40 pictures to share of the whole day.
I was SO angry at how this day went, I have decided to wait and calm down so I dont sound like I am ranting.



I was there, in the HEAT and will post the rest of the concert pics when i get them back from the photo shop.

In the mean time, here is some Misery for ya,
The 1st ave people waiting in the heat!

The radio station announced that there was "plenty of time to get down and get your after show tickets" Only to tell us they were sold out about 100-150 people from the door



Lots more to come, I got almost 30 pics of the Target center show.
There was some positive aspects to it, not many, Im trying to think of them and post them instead of sounding so negative.

The Hard Rock Cafe had prince songs playing all weekend.

This Banner was HUGE!! and he had his usual purple light truss's lighting up the buildings in purple light

1st ave's line when the beginning met the end of the line.

It was HOT out!!

All the buildings in MNPLS are connected, it is very cool to walk around in and a very nice city.

This is where i was caught with the camera, everyone in macys was extremely cool and let me take some pics, but not of the show ofcourse.

Ill be stopping and getting my pictures of the concert on the way home from work tonight. Ill post them asap.

If anyone noticed, I was the idiot handing out hundreds of glow sticks for free in row 17 floor 1 and thats where these concert pics were snuck from

damn downtown mpls has changed a little since i've been there in 02. the skywalks r so damn cool, but from the pics, it didn't look like people were taking advantage of them on this hot day

THANKS for the pics!! I SO LOVE THAT POSTER!! I attended all 3 shows - he was SO HIGH ENERGY!! IT WAS F*AA*B*U*L*O*U*S!!!! AND we had the BEST TIMES WITH all of our OUT of TOWN PRINCE FRIENDS ---- SO GLAD U ALL CAME!!

This is when he had the "street walker " on stage , a lot of people could not hear what P was saying, I could, I heard him specifically ask the light people to give him light in the center of the stage, twice!! and they never did.

This crazy curly haired gal gets up on stage all chicken hawk dancing after prince and he said, Ok, we can see you can dance, now get over there... (he was being very polite!! ) she did not listen to him and kept grind style dancing up around him and he said "Ok, you look like a walker, A street Walker, now get on over there!! "

This is after the second wardrobe change, they went into "what a wonderfull world" Prince said "Yea yea, take your time with that" and him and the twins left and came back out with different outfits on.

Prince 7/7/07 Pictures

Please feel free to click that link and this will take you to a directory of all these photos, anyone in here is more than welcome to download them or whatever. It was a great weekend, yes it was hot, it is summer time, Prince is a bad ass and all, but he cant control the weather!

Enjoy the pictures and thank you for letting me post them and share my experience. I was super mad about how some things went.. but all things said and done... yes, I would do it all over again. Call me stoopid
