That's more or less the same as what happened here. It looks like the server has to suffer even more than when the 8 or so presales were going some time ago. I've got that too.
Looks like their server is on fire again. This has been my worst pre-sale so far (out of three). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I guess with the revenue sales of the next album, which is a joke already, Prince must invest in a better server park for the site. If it even can't handle this load, there must be something wrong | |

Go to tools, internet options, security, and move the sliderbar to low. Close internet explorer, restart it and try again. | |

seems to be working now.
One suggestion, even though I know NO ONE will do it, is to wait a few hours AFTER the presale is supposed to start, maybe even until the second day. That seems to be the thing to do if you are in a hurry and can't keep at it. I noticed that none of the sales sold out really. Even when tickets ran out temporarily, more would always come back. You could order tickets all the way up until the last minute of the scheduled presale and have zero traffic issues. Just a suggestion. | |

the tickets might go to status shipped and then they might go back to in progress. don't look at it since they arent shipping anything. i have emailed npgmc about this and they said as long as you have your confirmation printed out with u, it's ok. look at what the concerts page on npgmc states about this. | |
