That's not exactly what he said. He called her ONE OF his bestest friends in the world. I keep seeing it misquoted and that changes the meaning. He did not say that she was his bestest friend, he said one of. Who knows how many "bestest" friends he has. Sheila and Larry are probably among them as well. As a former journalist, all the sloppy journalism that I have seen regarding these shows is grating on my nerves. You're right bellanoche, he said "one of his bestest friends" not "his bestest friends".

Oh please - then he gets pissed when the crowd isn't as into it Well damn, if we could feel our feet & hadn't been waiting for hours/hungry/couldn't piss or we'd lose our spot/thirsty, then maybe we'd be a lil mo into it! He kills me sometimes, at least make up for those EXTREME late cases w/ some off the numbers songs - a Prince crowd will suffer through damn near ANYTHING for him to do the unexpected

It has now been confirmed that Prince is more than just best friends with Wendy.
Wendy and Lisa Cholodenko needed a male partner for the pregnancy. Prince always wanted a child. 1+1+1=3, Enough said.

I need to leave this site alone. I am often baffled by the unmitigated negativity and cruelty that displays itself on this site, which bills itself as a fan community. No one said we had to kiss the guy's feet, but comments like this are cruel. Someone else on another board said someone should spit in Larry Graham's face. The man just worked his butt off doing three shows in 12 hours and folks [some who weren't even there] are still complaining and nitpicking. This is all so uncalled for and disturbing. Peace org...I guess I'll just be coming around for news and updates, but I really cannot take this stuff anymore. perfection is a fallacy of the imagination...

You´re still not over it that I don´t dig trombones and Louisiana jazz and those retards in charge of the 3121 website as much as you do, right ? But that doesn´t mean I don´t dig Prince, his band and his shows. No matter what you type here, Prince is SO NOT going to have sex with you. And I still don´t like trombones. Greg Boyer is cool though...it´s not his fault. [Edited 7/12/07 9:40am] " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I'm not sure I buy all this. My guess is that Wendy was part of the plan all along.
But I loved hearing him say that at the Target show. And when Wendy came up from behind, put her arms around him and rested her head on his shoulder, I couldn't have been a happier camper. The whole exchange between those 2 and their performaces made my night.

You´re the Wendy and Lisa expert here on the org, so maybe you have a little bit more inside info ? [Edited 7/9/07 12:27pm] she directed High Art and Laurel Canyon...and i guess she adopted (or birthed) a baby with Wendy.. kinda strange how wendy and lisa (colemans) lives tend to repeat themselves...(one joins prince's band...the other joins...one has a baby...another has a baby...both loosing brothers....) Lisa lost her brother too? What happened, I didn't hear about this. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
