How can it be all sold out?
Im going on four nights and have just got better seats for each night - there are loads still available.

Could be playing to half empty arena!

they sell the worst seats first and fake a sell to make you buy the seats then put better seats on later.tickets will be available at show time at the box office for most of the nites.

Ticketmaster are now selling PRINCE FAN CLUB tickets..a special pass code is needed ..anyone here know a "FAN CLUB" code..?? looks like they got seats for ALL shows

allthough we are of course all looking forward to go to the concerts ... I feel a bitter taste with the tricks TM is pulling off. I remember the press release stating ticket prices of 31.21 pounds so everybody would be able to afford it ... and now we end up with a) VIP tickets (I don't really have a very big problem with that, Auctions (WTF : how can u do that !!!), gradually releasing tix to keep the hype going, obscure fan club codes and what not.

How come this was no issue at 3121 Las Vegas, The Roosevelt or 7-7-7 ??

Anyhow, I know it doesn't mean a thing but I put in a complaint through their webpage...

i had a very angry conversation ...ok not angry....but heated.....with a superviser a ticketmaster. Im sure they know how pissedo ff everyone is at the ticket handlin.g I mean to have better seats available now is outrageous.
if anyone does know more about this so called fan club code...can they post it please. i don'tthink we need to play by any rules anymore.
ticketmaster will always win out of course and this makes me truly sick

There is still time to whip up sales in the closing weeks with the CD release and promotions etc. One argument against is that he would not have announced another 6 unless sure they could get close to selling them all out.

I really hope there won't be empty seats around but I think seats will be available right up to the very last minute for quite a few shows.

This is Ticketmaster's way of selling tickets in the US AND apparently in the UK as well. They've done this as long as I've been buying tickets online and probably all along. When tickets first went on sale, I posted several times that as the date gets closer, better and better seats would become available. I don't think this is Prince's doing since TM handles all ticket sales for all concerts the same way. It's just that most people don't notice.

U r right, on ticketmaster.co.uk there are plenty of ticktes for all the dates!!!

Where is Ticketmaster asking for a password. Has this sale now finished as I can't find it?
