did anyone who won auction tickets on ticketmaster got their tickets and seatnumbers yet?

All I got is an email saying that I won, but that's it.

How does it work?

Hi a number of us had this prob this is what we all did to get confirmation. Call TM customer services and ask to confirm your payment. Ask them for booking number and seat numbers I also asked them to send me a confirmation email. hope this helps..If you need anymore info Org note me

Yeah, I asked a question on their website and got a response the following day with order number and seat location. They do make it sound like this happens automatically but seems a few of us have had the same problem.

Had the exact same problem - "ask a question" on their website and you'll get your seat numbers.
