State of the art ...O2 Arena

Some things you need to know about the O2:

smile Floor space equals 13 Albert halls and 10 St Pauls Catherals
smile A glass covered walkway will protect visitors in bad weather as they arrive at the O2 site from North Greenwich tube station
smile Includes a 20, 000 capacity arena
smile Acoustics are 4 times better than the Albert hall and 5 times better than Earls Court.
smile The sound delay from the stage to the back seats is only 2 secs compared to Earls court and the Albert hall which is 10secs and 7 secs respectively.
smile Arena ceiling/walls are stuffed with lambs wool and half the seats padded to further improve acoustics.
smile Every seat has a clear line of sight to the stage

smile Includes a club for after show parties and smaller events with capacity of 2000 people called the Indigo which has ‘fast flow’ taps that can pour a pint of beer in 7 secs
smile One for the ladies ..... 600 lavatories onsite compared to about 200 at Wembley Arena

Also check out the 2nd video on this link the arena looks pretty awesome! I can see where I will be sitting 43 secs into the video smile BLOCK 107 ROW H

Didn't Prince have some sort of go at using lamb's wool in the 'Rave' CD booklet?

Now he's playing 21 nights in a building made from the stuff! biggrin
