Best £31.21 seats? How did you get them?

Hi guys. I know there are many threads going about ticket allocation and price, but I am really curious to find out which are the best seats that people got at the normal price, apart from the NPGMC block F1 seats.

I have 4 seats on August 10th, block 110 row K 313 to 316. I got these through exchanging some upper tier tickets I bought on May 15, because of fear of heights.

Row K is the 11th row. So that makes these seats the best possible standard seats behind VIP, right? I'm obviously happy about that, but how come these were available to Ticketmaster to give to me on July 17, when they did the exchange? Shouldn't they have gone as soon as the extra lower tier seats were released for general sale?

Anyway, I would be interested to hear about people who ended up with very good seats for £31.21, and how they got them. I'm feeling a bit guilty you see, after hearing about some of you dishing out the VIP price for seats just in front of mine... so would feel better if there were other people who got lucky!

I got BLK 111 ROW J (seats 329 and 330). Just got them from ticketmaster after a tip-off on here that more lower tier tickets were on sale. Think you're right, as close to gold circle as we could hope for, and for a fraction of the price.

I got block 112 row C seats 369/70. I got these from ticketmaster only a couple of weeks ago. I looked just by chance after forking out £112 on e-bay for the same block row W which I have now sold on to some other friends. But I'm now chuffed to bits with Row C.

the first 11 rows were held back in the initial sale. Perhaps they re-evaluated that later on and released some of the lower rows as standard priced.

you shold be careful with the row numbers because the side blocks do not start with row A. They start as AA, BB, CC and so on up to HH, then jump to A, B, C etc.
Therefore row C is actually 11 rows back in the side blocks.
crazy but true!!!

one more example of how promoters dont give a toss for an artists biggest fans

I think that's only true of the front-on blocks (107/106). At least TMs chart says that, and only has A-Z for the side blocks.

I got block 102 row C at £31.21 for Aug 1st when fanclub code came out, however I'm waiting on 11th Aug allocation for which I have VIP, If I could get rid of them I would...

I think I am going to be happy with my seats. Got them during the second release. I think it was 2/7.

17/8 - BK101 Row J seats 25+26
18/8 - BK112 Row D seats 387+388

I would think that only BK105-108 would start with double letters since they are longer than all others.

Yes I agree, after I'd bought my tickets for wednesday (i think) I went back to see what seats were on offer & 106 EE was offered but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle because it's gonna be a beautiful night whatever.
The countdown has begun.
A consonant please Carol!

Yeah, they do look great. I was really chuffed with mine too ... very similar spot, but other side of the stage.. It pissed me off that they waited so long to release these, as I'd already bought upper tier, which I then had to flog (at a loss). Of course, there are plenty of other posts about this, so I won't bang on about it here smile

Well I guess the release today of even better seats at £31.21 for next week's gigs answers my question: wait till the absolute last minute and you get the best seats for "sold out" gigs....

On the first day of public sale I got 4 tickets in Block 107 Row HH.

About a month ago I got 2 tkts in Block 106 Row BB. I believe that the front rows in these blocks aren't actually classed as Gold Circle, only the ones at the side.

This morning I got 2 for Block 111 Row C which are probably Gold Circle seats.

I got:

11/08 111 Row J, in the past few weeks through ticketmaster
01/09 102 Row L, through presale
20/09 107 Row B, about a month after they went onsale through see tickets
also got F3 seats, row a through fancode now for same date
21/09 103 Row E, in the past few weeks through ticketmaster

I think I have been quite lucky with my tickets. Well I'm happy with them atleast and that's all that matters. CAN'T WAIT!
