het boat people. Just want to add that on the original 3121 link it clearly said that the tickets were within "the first ten rows". It also confirms this on ticketmaster. If you check the cruise ticket information, it still says within the first ten rows (even though it now says these are not currently on sale), which adds further confusion, but anyway.
Sorry this doesnt help other gold circle or vips.

bring back the npgmc, they made soem blunders but at least fans got to see their man. this new trends towards ''luxury'' vip backages is sick. e.g. the police upcoming tour cost 100$ for the privelidge of allowing access to the pre-sale. rip-off. the tickets were already a rip-off to begin with.
all in all i preferred it when you paid your money and showed up. the closer you wanted to be the earlier you showed up. the whole prince vip seating thing is a farce and is another way to deliver corporate cock into the anus of music fans

I think we must make clear, VERY clear, to TM we do not like this.
No, I do not have `VIP` tickets but I understand this situation. How can we contact them? The webiste is not so open to communication options? Fax, email, phone? Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

You must write to ticket master customer services....and send it in the post....recorded delivery if you are considering the legal propsals. also send a fax and email if you like in addition to a posted letter. Dont waste your time on the fone.... I used to work at TM customer services and we were always telling people to write in.... because its a legal pivot!!! good luck.... spread the word. So what is the fax number?
Even their 'contact' page is misnamed: it is a way of avoiding contact by providing 'answers' to questions which aren't answers but delay tactics. (see the answer to: When will I receive my tickets? at http://www.ticketmaster.c...help.html) They fail to explain why my ticket is still not here, weeks after the presale. Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

All promoters now generally send tickets 7-10days before the event....if you phoned then and ordered tickets they usually tell u this (if you get a savy operator) This came about for one of two reasons...promoters have specially designed tix made..... which become collectable (although i don't think thats worth it for this tour as we r supposed to hand them back to get the CD...which is another good way of stopping people getting in on "old " used tickets.... which i have seen happen!) "And they don't want lots of "ticket in hand" resold tickets on ebay. You Should get your tix in time..... and if you don't then usually they arrange for you to collect on the day , which can happen if they get stolen in the post....or lost! (you don't want this as it sucks bigtime) here is the registered address for Ticketmaster uk (its on the uk site, bottom of page) Ticketmaster UK Limited Registration in England No. 2662632. Registered Office, 48 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LR Head it "to Customer services" and send it recorded delivery (registered signed for post) Here is the press office number, you can call them and ask for their fax number at the customer services desk +44(0)207 344 4000.... this is the main switch board as i recall, there is a receptionist....just ask to be put through to Customer services but also ask her for the main fax number first....you can always fax with a FAO (for attention of....) all of this info is in the "About Us" section on the UK Ticketmaster site...www.ticketmaster.co.uk. Good luck ( all words arranged herein this post are the copyright of lovealotbare and can be quoted with the appropriate citation "lovealotbare" and weblink to the original arrangement of words! )
