also, please can you talk to your people dealing with the ticketsales. You only have to read the threads on this forum to see how terribly upset your real fans are about goalposts being constantly moved. We are all buying tickets blind and its just not fair. You are better than this. Its leaving a sour taste in our mouths. As it stands, I've purchased tickets through the 3121 link (expensive boat cruise almost a thousand us dollars for 2 people) and ticketmaster have changed their floor plan (effectively making the gold circle to include side tiers) and I just rang them and they have no idea where I am gonna be sitting. Mate this is all wrong.

I no you read this, I have it on damn good authority, and I have faith that you will try and sort out this shambles for your true fan base.
