i dont see where it says "1600" it just says available here on june 6th. I think it is crap that you have to bid for an up front seat. how is that any different than scalping? It isn't. This just caters to those with lots of cash to throw around. i was gonna go, as a b-day present from my hubby...but I am not sure now. I don't see any point in going all the way to MN for nosebleeds or obstructed views.

it only works/shows with Internet Explorer
you have to click in to one of the subpages..

that isnt what i mean. it isn't saying 1600 seats. it says "July 7 Concert Tickets - Available June 6". It doesn't say anything about 1600 seats.

doh, never mind, i found it in the subpages like you were talking about.

if i am missing something....i apologize! the auction is now and 1600 tix go on sale wednesday! Do the math! If they were gonna give out the best seats it would all be auction. Why wednesday? I am hoping Prince realizes that we "his true fans" would find the link on the perfume site so we can be up close.....

I hate scalping with every fiber in my being. But my hatred for it comes from my belief that the scalpers use unfair and/or improper means to get their tickets.

This auction, on the other hand, is completely fair. You and I have just as much chance of getting the front row as some scalper who's paid a flunky at Ticketmaster for the backdoor phone number.

And the difference is, buying through an auction means the money goes to the artist, not the sleazy scalper.

This will be interesting, I am down to give it a shot even though I already have nose bleed seats. So when they say Wednesday you think it will switch over at midnight tonight?

Something's up with 3121perfume.com site... It's been offline most of the afternoon and the subpage (http://www.3121perfume.com/pages/ad.html ) that said, "1,600 tickets to the Minneapolis concert will be available here on June 6." is gone, too.

hmmm That's weird. I swear all day today nothing was showing up...but you're right it's back. (Of course, maybe it's because I was at work and now I'm at home.) Damn, I thought maybe something good was gonna show up.

How did you buy the Macy's package? Online, phone...? and does it still include the perfume, wristband, t-shirt? I don't think I could afford to fly to MN and pay for room and board. But I am playing with the idea... On the other hand, I live in LA and already have a room booked at the Roosevelt. Something tells me the MN show is going to be incredible.

The show is going to be fun, but 3121 L.A. is going to be alot more intimate like 3121 Vegas.

I'm losing confidence that there are going to be LA shows. And I have concluded that I can't afford MN, so I'll guess I'll be happy with my bottle of perfume! I remember reading that you originally planned to come to LA and are now going to MN. Have fun!
