WHY?
According 2 alt.music.prince there r more people having this problem.
Is it only 4 this show???

My Antwerp tickets say 'cancelled' as well. Let's hope this is just a glitch... We should 1st receive an official NPGMC e-mail about this, if the tickets are REALLY cancelled..

Don't worry. Same thing happened last Saturday with our Manchester and London tickets. It was a fault on the computer and all has now been put right.

Panic not! This happened 2 hundreds of people with the UK shows. It is a glitch on the server. I received an email from NPGMC stating NO tickets r cancelled, it was a computer error!

Get's your heart thumpin' though doesn't it!

Maybe it is the shipping ..that is cancelled ...as we are pickin' up the tix at the venue ?? Just a guess.

I all ready have the confirmation for 6 days in my emailbox, if the NPGMC
had metioned this earlier I would have bought tickets via normal ticketsale.

Now the show is soldout and there is the possibilty that I can't go to the show.

My tickets are cancelled too~~~for all 3 shows!!! Status has been 'in progress' for the past week, and my credit card has been charged...

my two tix for the copenhagen concert are "shipped" while the ones for berlin are still "in progress", however some of the other stuff i ordred (cd's, tour program, etc) also says "in progress" now after three weeks - while my "the work" single (which was never sold out) is suddenly "cancelled". very very strange...

This happens on a weekly basis, the database must run something on a Saturday and they cant stop it. Mine are cancelled now for the second time and K expect them to be cancelled again and again.

Dont read anything into it or get your panties in a twist about it, In Progress will be back in 24 hours. Some of the suggestions I read here are quite silly, there is nothing wrong with your tickets, you will go to the show, it was solved last week and it will happen as I said for the next few week yet, just get used to it.

My Tickets 4 london (october 5) are cancelled, i'm from France and i've already paid 4 the travel and an hotel !!!

The tcikets for the Manchester show are showing as shipped on my order, but all of the tickets for all 3 of the London nights I ordered are showing as cancelled. Have emailed NPGMC and I'll let you all know what they say.

I'm a professional software testing enigineer. Maybe I should offer my services to his web-engineers. They could definetly use a little fine-tuning!

My tickets are cancelled as well. For Londen that is, and Í'm from Holland. I'm sure everything is fine though.

Its never very clear who runs the Club ...does anyone know ??

There seems to be no end of organisational problems ...I just wonder why ?

Sorry about the confusion there, no ticket orders are "canceled". what happens is that regular inventory items that are shipped are processed at another location. but since tix r never shipped, they do not need 2 b
processed. but in this case they were, and since there is no physical inventory for the tix, it thinks they are oversold and cancels the order.

again, sorry 4 any confusion this may have caused!
