Confused! HELP

Okay when im at myticketmaster account and looking for further details about my VIP-Tickets, it says at the top of the page:

"Your tickets will be held at the venue collection point. Please see the relevant venue page for more details."

What shall i do, i don't understand the meaning..
Do i get the tickets by mail or what?
please help me i am very confused!
