Why Your tickets appear cancelled!! Don't worry peeps!!
this is the reply I got when this happened to me: --- Subject : RE: Ordered Tickets for London Appear as 'Cancelled' Date : Tue, 17 Sep 2002 16:17:14 -0500 Sorry about the confusion there, no ticket orders are "canceled". what happens is that regular inventory items that are shipped are processed at another location. but since tix r never shipped, they do not need 2 b processed. but in this case they were, and since there is no physical inventory for the tix, it thinks they are oversold and cancels the order. again, sorry 4 any confusion this may have caused! --- It may be worth sending them an email, just to confirm. *Peace* Om | |

It did take about 4 days for me to receive a reply from them. The thing is - this is just a design fault with their website, which everyone is experiencing. As long as you get a reply from them within a few days - you should be cool.
You can see what's causing the problem and so there's no need to worry!! I hate to think how much this is costing the npgmc in terms of man-hours! (and that cost$) If they had just tested this ticket-selling process before hand, they wouldn't have to field e-mails from probably every single member that has ordered tickets!! *peace* Om | |
