FINALLY. . . A Ticketmaster Delivery Method for Customers Outside of Europe Ticketmaster has finally listed a delivery method for those of us trying to purchase tickets that live outside of the UK or Europe. However, it's still kinda stupid because they're mailing the tickets up to 48 hours before the show. Well what if you're in the UK when they send them???? Wouldn't it be easier to just have a Will Call option? Now, can we get the non-UK credit card payment issue worked out?
Customers in other countries: by Overseas Mail £3.50 For International orders only - Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event in a plain unmarked white envelope. [Edited 5/14/07 6:05am]

Its a good point. What would happen if u went to 3 consecutive shows. U could be away from your place os residence, so how would u collect the later dated tickets?

Exactly, cuz that's what I was planning to do. Is it me, or would Will Call be so much easier???? Geez, I hate it when stuff is unnecessarily difficult. Oh the joys of being a Prince fan. LOL!

Do you mean they are stupid enough to wait 2.5 MONTHS to send out the tickets so they will arrive LATE at the concertgoers' homes? Please tell me that this is not the case! If I don't receive my tickets by the end of this month I will start emailing/calling/faxing them. Please do the same. We then have 2 months to get things in order. [Edited 5/14/07 8:54am] In the US, I've bought tickets from TM 2-3 months in advance and they arrived a few weeks before the event. I don't know if this is how it works in the UK too but at this point NOTHING would surprise me.

confirmation email says tickets for overseas customers will
be delivered to you SEVEN days before the show. it also states "please don't call any sooner inquiring for the tickets than 7 days prior to show" and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

Thanks! ok, this is the exact quote that came in the email we received directly after booking the tickets online at ticketmaster: Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until 7-10 days before the event. Please do not contact us unless you have not received your tickets within 7 days of the event. it's indeed contradictory since the initial statement on the site itself says Delivery Details: Customers in other countries: by Overseas Mail - For International orders only - Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event in a plain unmarked white envelope. but i'm more prone to believe the email quote since it seems only logical. if they always sent out tickets at such short notice (2 days) they would have received multiple complaints about that in the past. 7 days is far more reasonable. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I'd STILL rather do Will Call, but oh well. Thanks, again for the info.

They have an issue and they need to fix it. Soon. Pills and thrills and daffodils will kill... If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

This is so retarded, just have Will Call as a freakin' option.

I do have this problem. I'm going to be 2 weeks in England in August. And my concert is on my last day of the stay. I hope I get my tickets more than 2 weeks in advance. Otherwise I will have a problem.
Why can't we go to the O2-Arena and get our tickets there?

Why can't we go to the O2-Arena and get our tickets there? It's currently not an option you can select when buying tickets through TM. They just added mailing outside the UK yesterday.
