In a situation like that - just let it go. I wish I could have been at the front to get the opportunity to be on the stage, once in a lifetime and all that!

I was at the back with my wife - on the steps trying to get a decent view and I was doing the same moves (probably worse) and not giving a s**t either.

8th time I have seem him live - and the best cause of the size of the venue

his 3121 Vegas shows were not sold out for the most part

the last weekend, the weekend everyone thought would be the last and new year's eve were the only shows that sold out in advance

the drunks and the vegas crowd i think got very old for him so i bet he is happy to be somewhere where he is appreciated more

I was up there with you all!! I was the black girl on the far right with the green dress. I think I was stood next you u NewFunk and I think Lalala and I clawed our way back to the front of the stage together when it was all over.

How awesome was last night!! I still cant believe it happened, Prince even took hold of my hand to help me get onto the stage - Im still in shock as well...

One of the girls I met in the crowd said she had some footage of it when we were all up there. I gave her my number and she said shes put them on a cd for me. So if i get hold of it ill deffo let you two know and ill get copies over for you

Lucky Girl!!

Hi all - always read the stuff on this site but never have posted...had to this time as I also was on the stage last nite at Koko (the girl in denim mini and black rolling stones logo vest top) dancing herself silly on the left of stage!!!

Absolutely the best time ever plus got one of the drum sticks he threw out at end and a 'symbol' plectrum!!!

This was my 3rd time on stage (twice got on in 2002 at hammersmith gigs but just as cool...awesome gig...and yes if anyone has photos/video PLEASE let me know aswell!!

To be honest I was a bit confused at first because the twin that took me over to the mic asked if I was having a good time and I said "Hell yeah" and she grabbed my arm and marched me up to Prince and I thought I was going to get in trouble for saying "Hell"

I went to 2 vegas shows and they were very similar set lists to last night but prince seemed to put in soo much more effort and seemed to be enjoying himself much more than the Vegas shows.The audience in u.s were very subdued,but last night we rocked and i thinked it rubbed off on P.

You can't blame someone who was on the stage for not remembering what order songs were played in!!!!!

Me however, I don't have such a strong case.... But I still stand by the fact that not all people go to gigs with a pen and paper in hand.

The whole point of a concert is to enjoy yourself and feel great when you leave, with a soft warm buzz about you.... thats what live music is about...
And as far as those who couldn't make it go... surely, the passing on of memories, experiences and what song they remember can make the story far more real then just a list of trackss.....?

Or am I being slightly naiive?.....
