Yeah for a brief mad moment I was tempted by the VIP tickets... I can afford it, but it seems like a ludicrous amount of money just to see Prince live. Common sense prevailed!

Only the first two Fridays are actually showing up as sold out on the main ticketmaster page though, so there should still be some available for other nights.

I was nearly crying with frustration when I couldn't get anything. They aren't really the dates I wanted - I somehow have to get down from Manc-land - or the seats either, but I'm so relieved to have something at least.

Yikes!!! I've never seen Prince live before and I just managed to get to tickets for the August 17th in the Upper tier. I might have to get some binoculars but I am officially the happiest bunny in the world.
