Which airport is near O2?

So I'm going to the concert on 18th August. Which airport is nearer the O2 Gatwick or Luton? I'll only fly to either one of those 2 as I can get discounts for the flights.

London City Airport is the closest. Heathrow is the biggest and easiest to get to places from because it has a tube stop.

Gatwick is miles away from London, but it has a pretty swift overground train service into the city that takes about half an hour.

I can only choose between Gatwick and Luton, because I can get cheap flights for those. Isn't it very expensive to take the express train from Gatwick? Do u know how much it is from Luton?

Oh, no more than £10 I expect to get a train into Victoria from Gatwick. I don't know much about Luton airport - I've been there once and it looked like it was in the middle of nowhere.

Why they call Luton a London airport is beyond me. Luton is not even in London it is in Bedfordshire and miles from where you wanna be.
Looking for a new man. Freaks need not apply. Freeeks can tho ;-p

Gatwick airport

Gatwick Express train direct to London Victoria

Connect to the underground and Jubilee line right to the O2.

I was wondering that myself. Stansted airport is only London at a generous stretch. Luton isn't anywhere near.

Just NOT Luton.

Gatwick, Heathrow and London City are the best 3. If you can get one to Stansted then that as a last resort. Basically it's like this:

Heathrow: On a tube line. Very easy to get into London

Gatwick: Reasonably priced overground train into Victoria Station, takes about 20 minutes.

London City: In the centre, no journey.

Stansted: 45 minute train into Liverpool St. Station.

Luton: About 30 miles north of London. There is a rail service to Kings Cross St. Pancras station. Not sure of the prices.

Average timetable and costs can be found here: http://www.nationalrail.c...rtures.asp

'City' is right 'next door' almost, but may not be cheapest or easiest for flights (?)
Stansted is best by far, in my oppinion. It's the most hastle-free airport ever, and train direct from the airport. It is MUCH easier than Gatwick.

I think its best to go to luton. Im from there, u take the train from luton airport parkway to london bridge, that takes about 45 mins. then a 5 min tube ride from london bridge to north greenwich!
Its hard 4 me to say whats right when all i wanna do is wrong
