NPGMC advise: I emailed the NPGMC about not having received a confirmation for the tickets I bought. They said I had to print my 'Ur Account' and bring that when collecting the tickets. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I've had the same problem.
Check if u have some kind of spam filter installed or if your provider is doing this for you. All NPGMC transmissions endend up im my spam mailbox. Maybe it is the same for you. My provider is xs4all by the way. See you in Rotterdam _ Antwerpen _ Oberhausen _ Paris | |

Is this normal ? Yes, it should be 'In Progress' untill the day after the show. Then the status is 'Shipped'. So, if the status is anything else then 'In Progress' and you haven't seen the show, you probably missed it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you have access to your credit card account online, I would also advise that you print out your account activity verifying that your account was charged for the purchase. Can never have too much documentation
