Many apologies if this query has been resolved recently, but I've been on my hols for the past 3 weeks. I booked 2 tix each for 7 & 8 manchester through NPGand now there showing as 'cancelled' in my member profile. Anybody know anything about this and can U help?

yeah me too...i'm asssuming its ok as someone has asked this question before...case of just sitting tight...at the end of the day...they got my money...i get my tix!!

Sorry about the confusion there, no ticket orders are "canceled". what happens is that regular inventory items that are shipped are processed at another location. but since tix r never shipped, they do not need 2 b
processed. but in this case they were, and since there is no physical inventory for the tix, it thinks they are oversold and cancels the order.

again, sorry 4 any confusion this may have caused!
