Prince made this priceless face when this white guy was on stage 'trying' in vain to get his groove on... I laughed so hard I almost fell over... Oversight...I forgot about Girls and Boys and Kiss...please feel free to jog my memory if you were there..I'm getting old hahaha [Edited 4/22/07 19:14pm] He also played "Shh" Saturday and tore up the guitar solos as usual. And if you want to see priceless Prince faces, you should have seen him Friday night trying to get Paris Hilton to sing Play That Funky Music. He really gave her a hard time. Man I love that song! There was an article talking about the Paris incident, where he supposedly said "let's see if she can really sing" and she refused. Paris' reps are denying it happened, LOL. | |

You know I honestly don't remember him saying that I do know that he rolled his eyes at her when she refused several times to sing the song and then he walked away from her dismissively, shelby kept trying to get her to sing until the sista in the blue just started singing in the mike. I could tell P wanted Paris off the stage.

I still get a chuckle out of it a week later. I'm not sure you could call what she was doing dancing. Just rocking from side to side when I noticed her. She kind of moved toward the back of the stage after the mic incident. Prince was very impressed with the person who finally did sing . | |

i remember him saying that but I wasn't sure it was directed at paris, I thought he was talking about the guy who was standing nearest to him. I know the  was for her because he went over there so she could see him

I was just trying to remember when it was the last time I saw P open the show sitting at a keyboard. That was the biggest treat for me as far as Friday was concerned, I was worried that something had happened to Stevie with him doing all those songs in a row

Haha.. I know what you mean. I was half expecting Stevie to come out of the back part of the stage. He killed on Superstition. Oh and the was priceless. Only Prince can give a look like that.[Edited 4/27/07 14:35pm] | |
